Luísa Valente: PhD, Associate Professor of the Univ. Porto and researcher of CIIMAR/CIMAR. Research in histochemical and immunohistochemical characterization of muscle fibers in new species for commercial aquaculture, and food quality.
Paulo Vaz-Pires: PhD, Associate Professor of the Univ. Porto, researcher of CIIMAR/CIMAR. Research in fish quality (Quality Index Method); Representing Portugal in the Concerted Action "Traceability of Fish Products“.
Jorge Dias: PhD, Senior Researcher of CCMAR/CIMAR; Research on fish nutrition studies such as the nutritional requirements, best feeding practices, intermediary metabolism and the use feed additives to promote flesh quality.
