Denis Bailly: PhD, Professor in economics of natural resources and environment, is the vice-director of CEDEM. Research in Europe and Asia on integrated coastal zone management and aquaculture sustainability. Presently in charge of the overall coordination of the PORESSFA programme.	Katia Frangoudes: PhD, senior researcher at UBO where she has been the scientific coordinator of three EU funded research programmes (COASTMAN, ELSA-pêche, FEMMES). Research in Political Sciences, specialised in women studies with the domain of coastal communities in fisheries and aquaculture.
Pascal Raux: MSc, aquaculture economist in UBO. Research in aquaculture and environment in Europe, as well as in aquaculture sustainability in developing countries under strong social, environmental and economic constraints and threats.
